About Richard

Richard Weiss joined the firm in 1999. He graduated from Fordham University Law School in 1990 and from the University of Utah in 1977. He is also a graduate of the Long Island University/Brooklyn-Cumberland Medical Center Physician Assistant Program. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Weiss worked for over 13 years as a New York State Physicians Assistant in various hospitals and clinics where he provided surgical assistance as well as care of routine and emergency medical conditions. Mr. Weiss brings a strong knowledge and experience of medical and legal issues to the firm. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court Eastern District of New York and United States District Court Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
