Spencer Herman

Spencer Herman is a 1979 graduate of New York Law School and a 1973 graduate of SUNY Buffalo. He is a former Associate Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Mr. Herman works with the firm on complex Construction Law, Premises and Vehicle matters pertaining to grave injuries sustained by our clients.
