About Spencer

Spencer Herman is a 1979 graduate of New York Law School and a 1973 graduate of SUNY Buffalo. He is a former Associate Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Mr. Herman works with the firm on complex Construction Law, Premises and Vehicle matters pertaining to grave injuries sustained by our clients. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court Eastern District of New York and United States District Court Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Bronx Bar Association, Queens Bar Association and New York City Trial Lawyers Association.
