Robert Rosenberg is a 1986 graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He received his Bachelor of Arts as a double major in Political Science and History from Binghamton University in 1983. Mr. Rosenberg gained previous experience for several years at an insurance defense firm and then as a Lead Trial Counsel for almost 10 years at a major insurance company where he was responsible for preparing, trying and resolving substantial cases. Throughout his career, Mr. Rosenberg has obtained hundreds of favorable verdicts at trial. Mr. Rosenberg serves as trial counsel for our firm for accident victims who have suffered severe and catastrophic injuries. He is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Court, Eastern District and the United States District Court, Southern District.
