About Rick
Rick Bearfield is an Officer in PennStuart’s Johnson City, Tennessee office. He is a member of the firm’s Business, Commercial Transactions, Employment, Litigation, and Real Estate practice groups. With more than 37 years of transactional experience, he handles some of the firm’s most complex commercial transaction matters. He is a trial attorney with over 35 years of trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee and is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator. His practice includes business representation, business organizations, commercial real estate transactions, commercial litigation, and estate administration. He has taught real estate law at East Tennessee State University for 18 years.
