Robert Weisneck is a Retired Army National Guard HR SFC who enlisted in 1992 and retired in 2018 with over 26 years of service. He served as a Senior Human Resources Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) for two Major Subordinate Commands, advising on personnel policies and regulatory guidance. He also served as the NCOIC for the Enlisted Personnel Section at the New Jersey National Guard Joint Force Headquarters and as the Retirement Services NCOIC, counseling Soldiers on rights, benefits, and entitlements. He completed various Army National Guard courses.
