About Samuel
Samuel D. Clapper graduated summa cum laude from Susquehanna University and cum laude from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He completed a judicial clerkship with Judge John Paul Stevens. He is a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, various U.S. Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His practice areas include general practice, municipal law, school law, trusts and estates, real estate, and public sector labor and employment law. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Somerset County Bar Associations.
