Samuel H. Wiest

Sam is a firm partner whose practice focuses on real estate and business transactions. He also assists clients in creating and managing homeowners’ associations and condominiums, foreclosures, tax sales, and drafting contracts, loan documents, and leases. Sam earned his law degree from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert C. Nalley of the Circuit Court for Charles County, after which he joined the DML family.
