About Seth

Seth Lightfoot was a research assistant to Professor Rudolf Dolzer at SMU Dedman School of Law, where he graduated with honors. He is a veteran litigator with experience in multidistrict product liability litigation for plaintiffs and personal injury defense for companies. He has successfully defended engineering and medical experts in Daubert proceedings, obtained spoliation instructions, thwarted regulatory agency attempts, and disposed of numerous cases via dispositive motions in state and federal courts.
