Sharon Phillips received her B.A. degree in 1992 from West Virginia University and her J.D. in 1996 from West Virginia University School of Law. Ms. Phillips has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 1997. Ms. Phillips is a general practice attorney. She has served as corporate counsel to leading information technology companies dealing in commercial and government contracting. She has practiced in the areas of criminal and traffic as well as family law.
