Stephen M. Wauck

Stephen began working for Berg & Berg in 2007 as a paralegal before enrolling at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He clerked one summer for Judge Daniel Lynch of the Cook County Law Division, and spent another summer representing indigent defendants in major felony cases in Cook County. In his final year of law school he worked in the area of eminent domain. Stephen currently concentrates his practice in workers' compensation claims, representing hundreds of injured employees from the filing of the case through trial, appeals, and final settlement.
