Tim O’Brien

About Tim

Tim O’Brien, born and raised in Omaha, is an Attorney at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop. He graduated from Creighton Prep in 2005, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Creighton University in 2009, and a Jurisprudence Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2012. He received the CALI award for excellence in Insurance law. He is a member of the Omaha and Nebraska Bar Associations, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and The American Association for Justice (AAJ), including the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group. Tim is actively involved in the community, volunteering at the 15th Club for the Pinnacle Bank Championship, and local food banks. He is known for his empathy and dedication to clients.
