About Wendy
Wendy Warren is an Officer in PennStuart’s Richmond, Virginia office and a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group, also serving on the firm’s Recruiting Committee. With over 20 years of experience, her legal practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims. She regularly represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Virginia. She also has extensive experience with resolving medical provider balance claims. Wendy is a certified instructor for the Virginia Insurance Continuing Education Program and a frequent presenter on workers’ compensation topics. She previously served as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for the City of Richmond.
