William “Max” Ferris is an associate attorney in the Firm’s civil litigation department, where he focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, and construction-related litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in May 2023. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Caryl E. Delano and was a member of the Journal of International Aging Law and Policy. He received highest-grade distinctions in Research and Writing I and Federal Income Tax I.
