Man in his 30’s was a passenger in a car which was struck by a bus. The client sustained a herniated disc in his neck for which he underwent spinal fusion surgery. He also had torn cartilage in his shoulder for which he underwent arthroscopic surgery. We won the trial. The jury found the client and Judgment against the bus company was entered in the amount of $2,543,370.
