A 32-year-old male was driving his vehicle when it was struck in the rear. We won the case based upon making a motion where the judge agreed the defendant’s vehicle was 100% at fault for the accident for striking our client’s vehicle in the rear. From the accident the client sustained herniations to his neck and back and underwent upper and lower percutaneous discectomy surgeries. Client also had torn cartilage in his shoulder for which he underwent surgery. We settled the case for $2,450,000 before the trial began.
