David L. Powell is the founder of Law Offices of David L. Powell, PLLC, specializing in criminal defense, divorce, child custody, and personal injury. He grew up in Northeast Arkansas, attended Arkansas State University for his B.A. in English, and received an academic scholarship to Barry University for law school, completing his final year at UALR in Little Rock. He was admitted to practice law in Arkansas in 2011. He started as a solo attorney, then worked at Wilson and Associates, and later as a deputy public defender in Crawford County, handling over a thousand court-appointed clients.

Bailey Riggs grew up in Bergman, Arkansas. She earned a scholarship to the University of Arkansas, majoring in Agriculture Business with a Pre-Law concentration and minoring in Political Science. She graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2023 with honors and was admitted to practice law in 2023. Before graduation, she clerked at a firm specializing in wills and trusts. Her practice areas include Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Business Law.

Amber Skinner specializes in family law, guiding clients through divorce, child custody, and other family-related matters. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Henderson State University and later attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating after a five-year teaching career. During law school, she clerked with Legal Aid Offices of Oklahoma and Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, and interned with the Washington County Office of Public Defenders. She volunteered over 150 hours of pro bono legal services, earning a Pro Bono Gold Medallion and the Robert F. Fussell Pro Bono Award. She passed the bar in 2024 and joined The Offices of David L. Powell, PLLC.
