Lisa A. Poch

Lisa Poch, Esq. joined the firm in 2007. She is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice is focused on representing people who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, slip and falls, and other mishaps. Ms. Poch also has a wealth of criminal experience, trying cases and representing the accused in local, city, and county courts for over a decade. She currently serves as Town Attorney for the Town of Evans, New York. Ms. Poch has achieved great success at trial on even the toughest cases, recovering significant sums of money for her clients on cases where the insurance company was not willing to offer a penny. She is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She has argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Division, New York State Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Tiffany M. Kopacz

Tiffany M. Kopacz, Esq. joined the firm as an attorney in 1999. For more than two decades, Ms. Kopacz has worked on behalf of injured individuals to ensure that they receive caring, effective, results-driven representation. A tenacious advocate, she fights for the just results our clients deserve, including writing and arguing appeals when necessary.
