Joseph J. Tock

Joseph J. Tock is the Managing Partner at Law Offices of Joseph J. Tock. He was one of the youngest attorneys ever hired in the Bronx County District Attorney's Office, where he handled hundreds of criminal cases, specializing in child sex crimes and homicides, trying over 75 felony cases to verdict, including 17 homicides. He opened his own firm in Putnam County in 1992, focusing on criminal defense, personal injury, real estate, business law, and Wills, trusts & estates. William C. Tock

William C. Tock joined the firm after practicing law for 7 years in New York City. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, specializing in drug-related offenses, gaining considerable insight into the criminal justice system. He also worked at a large private firm in Manhattan in civil litigation, handling healthcare matters. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College and New York Law School, where he received the Helen & Andrew Dokas Memorial Award for Excellent Achievement.

David Rutledge (Rut) started practicing law in 2010 and opened his firm in 2015. He graduated from Loyola New Orleans College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in both common and civil law.
