Edward Marcowitz
Edward Marcowitz is the founding partner of The Marcowitz Law Firm, PLLC, specializing exclusively in personal injury law. Howard B. Stolzenberg
Howard is a founding member, general counsel and managing partner of StolzenbergCortelli, LLP since the inception of the firm in 2014. Prior to that, he was the managing partner of a personal injury firm for over 18 years. Howard acquired his Juris Doctor (JD) in 1990 and for the last 32 years has been a civil trial lawyer and persistently fighting for his client’s rights. Terrence James Cortelli
Terrence James Cortelli is a partner at StolzenbergCortelli, LLP. He graduated from Fordham University and Pace Law School with honors, serving on the Environmental Law review and participating in the Dean’s Scholar Program. After law school, he completed a two-year clerkship at the New York State Court of Appeals. He then worked at a large law firm before finding his passion in helping those injured in accidents. He specializes in representing those injured in car accidents, construction accidents, slip, trip and falls, and product liability actions. He drafts all of the firm’s legal and appellate briefs. He has more than a decade of experience.

Stephen P. McLaughlin
Steve McLaughlin is an experienced trial and appellate attorney who represents clients in business disputes, commercial and financing disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, product liability, transportation litigation and employment related matters. Steve has successfully litigated cases at both the trial and appellate levels throughout the United States. Steve also advises clients on risk management and legal compliance and practice, he coordinates national defense strategies and conducts reviews of corporate protocols. Thomas O. O’Connor
Tom has extensive experience in civil litigation practice with a particular concentration in the insurance, commercial litigation, government protests and product liability and personal injury tort areas. Tom has tried jury cases and argued appeals on behalf of Fortune 100 companies. His insurance and business litigation practice is nationwide and he personally handles dozens of personal injury defense actions in the New York state courts.

Emile P. Sayegh
Emile Paul Sayegh is the managing partner of Sayegh & Sayegh, P.C. Practicing law for more than 30 years, he focuses on matrimonial, business, real estate and commercial law. He has worked extensively in matters involving business transactions both on a corporate and individual level. For the past ten years, he continues to serve as general legal counsel to a large religious Archdiocese here in New York, handling matters pertaining to business issues and a myriad of religious organization issues throughout the United States.
