Kenneth A. Auerbach

Partner Kenneth A. Auerbach has over 30+ years of litigation experience and leads our CBAS Personal Injury Department. Ken has obtained our clients’ multi-million-dollar settlements and jury verdicts involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, construction and work-related accidents, trips, slips, and falls, and dog bites. He also represents clients in complex civil and commercial litigation. Ken serves as a Trustee and Board Member of Lighthouse Mission and hosts the LI News Radio show “From No Fault of Your Own” to educate listeners about injury law. He graduated cum laude from Hofstra University with a B.A. degree in 1984 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra Law School in 1987. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey in State and Federal courts.

Brian T. Egan

Since Mr. Egan’s admission to practice, he has concentrated his practice on civil litigation, including among his experience commercial litigation, business law, and municipal law. He is routinely involved in cases which are of major media interest, and has been involved in cases featured on CBS’ 60 Minutes and reported in the New York Times, Newsday, New York Post and the New York Law Journal.

Emily E. Graf

Emily Elizabeth Graf is a highly skilled associate attorney at Cartier, Bernstein, Auerbach & Steinberg P.C., specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury law. She is committed to delivering compassionate and effective legal representation, advocating for clients’ interests. Licensed to practice in both New York State and Federal Court, she co-hosts the radio show “From No Fault of Your Own.” Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University at Albany and earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. She was an active member of the executive board of the Family Law Society and a recipient of the John S. Bartlett ’48 Scholarship. Emily has been published in the New York State Health Law Journal and featured on the New York State Bar Association’s Law Student Spotlight page.

Anthony Maragno

Anthony Maragno works as Of Counsel to Palermo Law. He is an experienced trial attorney specializing in multi-million dollar personal injury cases, including those involving severe brain injuries in infants and children. He leverages his extensive medical knowledge to secure compensation for clients injured due to others' negligence. He is a former prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

Linda Marie Boswell

Linda Marie Boswell joined the Personal Injury Department at CBAS in 2011. Her practice includes representing clients from initial intake through depositions, mediations, arbitrations, infant compromises, jury trials and inquests. She regularly engages in motion and appellate practice before the New York Supreme Court and the Appellate Division. Linda is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of New York. She was recognized by the Suffolk County Bar Pro Bono Foundation for her service. Linda received a Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1988 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Niagara University in 1984.
