A former active-duty and National Guard Judge Advocate General's Corps officer, he retired as a Colonel after 27 years of service, including deployment to Iraq. He also served as a Municipal Court judge for the 25th Judicial Circuit of Missouri.

He was in solo private practice in Augusta, Georgia after leaving active duty, then moved to Greenville. He served in the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor’s office as a career criminal prosecutor and was later deputy solicitor. He entered private practice at Love, Thornton, Arnold and Thomason, defending medical malpractice cases. He later became a partner with Donnan, Morton and Davis, and started the firm of Davis and Snyder.

William M. Cunningham

William (Billy) M. Cunningham, Esq. had over forty-Five years of experience and success representing both individual and business clients in civil litigation matters. His practice involved personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, business litigation, environmental law and insurance matters. Mr. Cunningham is licensed to practice in the state and Federal courts of Alabama and Mississippi, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He retired as of January 1, 2023, but still remains as a valuable resource for our firm.

Aaron Meyer is the founder of Aaron Meyer Law, specializing in criminal defense, military law, and personal injury. A former Marine Officer and Judge Advocate (JAG), he is known for his aggressive advocacy and has achieved numerous jury-trial acquittals for service members on the West Coast. He earned his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 2003 and his J.D. from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 2007. He is admitted to practice in California, Illinois, military courts worldwide, and various federal courts.

Steven Beauvais

Mark McDaniel

Mark McDaniel is a Member attorney who served as Attorney for Alabama Governor Guy Hunt and Legal Counsel to National, State, and Local Officials. He was a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama and is a member of the NASA Advisory Council, having received the NASA Public Service Medal. He served as Special Advisor to Congressmen Bart Gordon and Lincoln Davis, and as Special Criminal Justice Advisor to Madison County Commission Chairman Dale Strong. He is a Board Member for the Alabama Health Care Coordinating Council and the Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority. He chaired Congressman Bud Cramer’s Educator/Industry Roundtable and is on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Tennessee Valley Corridor Commission. He was recognized as a 1993 Athens State College Distinguished Alumni and has been a Commencement Speaker at Athens State College, Birmingham School of Law, and Faulkner University-Jones School of Law. He is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Alabama-Huntsville and Faulkner University, receiving Outstanding Teacher Awards from the University of Alabama-Huntsville in 2009-2010 and 2016-2017. He has served as a Faculty Member for the Alabama Bar Institute for Continuing Legal Education - Criminal Law and is a Past President of the Criminal Law Section of the Alabama State Bar Association.
