Kim Cannon grew up dividing his time between his grandfather’s ranch on the head of the Green River north of Cora, Wyoming, and California. After working on ranches in Sublette and Teton Counties he owned and operated his own horse pack outfit in the Wind River Mountains (1969-1973).
