He is a member of the Board of Directors of Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. Patrick was born in Ithaca, New York on May 10, 1951. He grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and was educated at St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, graduating in 1969. He attended the National University of Ireland (University College, Dublin) in 1971-1972, and graduated magna cum laude from The College of the Holy Cross in 1973. Patrick attended Boston College Law School, graduating cum laude in 1978. At Boston College he was a member and Editor of its Law Review. Patrick lives in Duxbury, Massachusetts with his wife Nell.

David L. Cleary
