He graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, College of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 1998 and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, in February 2001. Robert Gordon has been in private practice since 2008 and co-founded Redkey-Gordon Law Corporation in 2014. He holds an MBA degree, a California Contractors License, and a California Real Estate Brokers License. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned a JD/MBA from the University of San Francisco Law School. He is fluent in Spanish.

Manjinder Kaur is a personal injury attorney at Redkey Gordon Law Corp. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice Studies and obtained her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, including an honors certificate in Public Interest Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in November of 2022. She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.

Michael R. Hergenroether

During his time at San Diego State, Michael Hergenroether began his legal journey as a file clerk at a local civil litigation firm. It was here that he quickly recognized the power of legal knowledge as a potent tool for aiding individuals during their most challenging times. After completing law school in 2009, Michael returned to Fresno, dedicating his practice to various facets of civil litigation at a local defense firm. Over several years of active litigation, including jury trials throughout the San Joaquin Valley, he developed a profound understanding of the judicial system and its significant impact on individuals and their livelihoods. Throughout his career, Michael has litigated and tried cases across a broad spectrum, including automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, wrongful deaths, and dog bites. However, he noticed a shift in priorities within insurance companies, with a growing focus on their financial interests over the well-being of injured individuals. This realization prompted Michael to shift his focus toward assisting the injured and underrepresented. In 2021, he joined Fowler | Helsel | Vogt. Prior to that, he practiced law at Stammer, McKnight, Barnum & Bailey from August 2009 to August 2021. Michael is an active member of the Fresno County Bar Association.
