Andrew Hutton co-founded Hutton & Hutton Law Firm, LLC in 1979. He received his Bachelor of Business Arts magna cum laude in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate in 1979 from Washburn University of Topeka. A 1988 finalist for the U.S. Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, Andrew specializes in pharmaceutical products liability, medical malpractice, and serious injury cases. His work has led to the removal of dangerous products, addition of warning labels, and improvement of existing products and vaccines. He was active in tobacco litigation and his work in the 1980s contributed to the purification of the DPT vaccine.
