Mark Hutton co-founded and served as the Managing Partner of Hutton & Hutton Law Firm, LLC. He had 40 years of experience in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, mass torts, and class actions. As a former pilot, he handled numerous aviation liability cases. Mark Hutton tried numerous cases to verdict, securing record-setting multi-million dollar awards, including a $23 million verdict in an obstetrical brain damage baby case, $6.33 million in an anesthesia brain damage case, and an $11.5 million verdict (including $10 million in punitive damages) against a tampon manufacturer. His work led to the removal of dangerous products, addition of warning labels, and improvement of existing products and vaccines. He was honored as a Top 100 Lawyer for Kansas and Missouri, a fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America (since 2012), and a founder of the American Academy of Medical Malpractice Attorneys (since 2012).
