About J.

J. Darin Hayes joined Hutton & Hutton Law Firm, LLC in March 2002, focusing on catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and healthcare-related negligence. With 25 years of practice, he has secured numerous six- and seven-figure verdicts and settlements in cases involving auto accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. Prior to joining Hutton & Hutton, he worked for a prominent Wichita defense firm, gaining strategic insight into defense tactics. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Texas (1990) and a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law (1994).
