About Anjelica

Attorney Anjelica N. Singer joined Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn in October 2025, working in the Commercial Department. Her focus areas include banking, commercial litigation, elder law, and estate planning. She earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she was active in the National Appellate Moot Court Team and executive boards of the Women’s Law Caucus and Criminal Law Society. She volunteered as a Pardon Project Coach and received multiple honors, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. She gained experience through a legal internship with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts and as a summer law clerk at Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating summa cum laude from the Schreyer Honors College. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
