Attorney Gerard W. Gaughan joined Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn in the fall of 2025, advocating for individuals and families in complex civil litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases. He previously served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, as well as federal courts. He earned his Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2022-2025) and listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2024-2026). He will serve as President of the Luzerne County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division through 2025.
