James T. Shoemaker, an attorney on the firm’s Business Team, has been with Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn Law since graduating from New York Law School in 1991. His practice focuses on creditor’s rights, including debt collections, mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, loan modifications, and real estate matters. He earned a bachelor’s degree from New York University. He is a member of the Luzerne County and Pennsylvania bar associations and is admitted to practice before all state courts, federal courts, and federal bankruptcy courts in Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts and the Wyoming Commemorative Association.
