About Kevin

Attorney Kevin M. Walsh, Jr. provides legal counsel to Commercial clients throughout northeastern Pennsylvania, focusing on real estate transactions, Banking and Creditors’ Rights, Zoning, and Real Estate and General Litigation. He graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and pursued his legal career at Syracuse University College of Law. He was a recipient of the Lampe Bar Scholarship and received the CALI Award for Achievement in Insurance and Society Seminar Activities. He worked as an Associate Attorney with Donald G. Karpowich, Attorney-at-Law, PC, and at the Law Offices of Tullio DeLuca. He also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon. He is a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
