Adam Affleck’s practice focuses on trial and appellate work involving bankruptcy, real estate, contracts, secured transaction, fraud, trade regulation and anti-trust. His bankruptcy experience includes representation of creditors, trustees and debtors in all aspects of liquidation and reorganization proceedings. Mr. Affleck has published and lectured on topics concerning creditor’s rights and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Richards Brandt, Adam was a Shareholder for 18 years at Prince Yeates & Geldzahler.
