About Anne

Anne Duvoisin retired from Henson Fuerst after a distinguished legal career that began in 1978. She was a partner in the firm's nursing home abuse practice and was elected to the Litigation Section Council of the N.C. Bar Association. She devoted her career to improving the lives of clients and affecting change in laws governing long-term and elder care. Anne also served as a mediator and arbitrator since 1996, and led the firm’s Land Condemnation Division, successfully managing Map Act litigation that secured over $36 million for property owners.
