Thomas Henson Jr. joined Henson Fuerst in 1989. He is a partner and leads the firm’s Complex Litigation Division. He is a certified Brain Injury Specialist through the Brain Injury Association of America and has served on the board of directors and as Past Chair of the Brain Injury Association of North Carolina (BIANC). Governor Bev Perdue appointed him to the North Carolina Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council in 2012. His practice focuses on traumatic brain injury, catastrophic personal injury, roadway and construction defects, and nursing home abuse.
