About Rachel
Rachel Fuerst is a partner at Henson Fuerst, specializing in catastrophic liability, medical malpractice, birth injury, nursing home, assisted living, and group home liability, life insurance litigation, and mass tort/class action cases. The youngest daughter of Robert L. Fuerst, she was raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and earned her Juris Doctorate from UNC School of Law in 2001. She is passionate about advocating for the rights and needs of elders and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have a fair chance to live productive lives. Rachel is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and has been recognized on NC Lawyers Weekly’s Medical Malpractice Power List.
