About Carma
Carma Henson is a partner at Henson Fuerst, practicing nursing home abuse and neglect cases, catastrophic personal injury, and medical malpractice. She was elected as the 2025-2026 President for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ) and has served in various leadership roles within NCAJ’s Nursing Home Litigation Section. She also currently serves as the Chair of the Nursing Home Litigation Group for the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Carma is dedicated to fighting for the rights of people who have been hurt, abused, or neglected, and believes all people deserve fair and respectful treatment.
