He provides comprehensive tax, estate, and elder planning services to individuals, families, and businesses, focusing on wealth transfer and tax avoidance. He has decades of experience in drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents, and is knowledgeable in Medicaid and long-term care matters. Attorney Weinshank developed the largest Estate Planning and Probate Administration Law practice in Litchfield County and guided the firm's expansion into Fairfield County with a new Ridgefield office in 2017. He is also instrumental in envisioning, creating, and managing influential charitable funds and foundations, including The Lawrence J. Portell and Natalie D.
