Mitchell J. Melnick is a partner in Cramer & Anderson’s New Milford office, providing transactional, compliance, and business planning advice to various businesses and individuals. He specializes in corporate mergers, business acquisitions and sales, and the formation of tax-exempt organizations. He serves as general and special counsel to numerous businesses and is a Director of The Lawrence J. Portell and Natalie D. Portell Foundation, Inc. He has been with Cramer & Anderson since 1996 and is licensed to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and Connecticut. He was honored with an Unsung Heroes award from the Connecticut Law Tribune in 2022 for his behind-the-scenes work on major business transactions.
