Kim E. Nolan is a partner in the Danbury office of Cramer & Anderson, with a diversified practice focusing on commercial litigation, municipal litigation (tax appeals and zoning), landlord-tenant issues (evictions and lease enforcement), personal injury defense, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. He graduated from Norwich University in 1972 and Vermont Law School in 1976. Nolan was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1977 and the Federal District Court in 1986. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Connecticut and Danbury Bar Associations. He has served as an attorney trial referee and fact finder/arbitrator for the Judicial Branch of the State of Connecticut since 1991 and as a Special Master in the Civil Settlement Initiative at the Danbury Superior Court.
