Attorney Barry Moller has 35 years of experience representing clients in workplace accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters. He has a strong record of favorable settlements, jury verdicts, and successful appeals in Workers’ Compensation cases, including a recent $823,000 settlement. He is an authority on physical impairment ratings and has served on the Chairman’s Legal Advisory Committee to the Workers’ Compensation Commission since 2000 and the Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association since 1997.
