About Ben
Benjamin A. Irwin, born and raised in Ozark, Alabama, served in the United States Army in Military Intelligence Operations. He was the youngest commissioner ever elected for Dale County, Alabama. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University. Ben co-founded Cherry & Irwin and serves as its Managing Partner. He is admitted to practice in all Alabama State Courts and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He is also the Managing Partner of The Cochran Firm Memphis and The Cochran Firm Disability and Bankruptcy national practices.
