Samuel A. Cherry, Jr. was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama, and has been practicing law for the past 36 years. He is nationally acclaimed for verdicts and settlements in products liability cases, obtaining over $160 million for clients. He was instrumental in developing product liability claims against manufacturers of defective aerial lift devices. Mr. Cherry co-founded The Cochran Firm in 1998 and remains active on a national level. He holds an AV rating in personal injury, litigation, and products liability, the highest rating obtainable. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Tennessee, and Washington, DC.
