About Blaine
Blaine Stevens was born and raised in Dale County, Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in 1983, graduating as president of the Alpha Phi Sigma National Honor Society. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1989, where he was a member of the law review. After law school, he clerked for Chief Justice E.C. “Sonny” Hornsby of the Alabama Supreme Court from 1989-90. Mr. Stevens has continuously practiced law since 1990, representing clients in plaintiff’s and defense litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Alabama, the Federal District Court of Alabama, the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
