About Brett

Mr. Kier’s practice focuses on the defense of clients in civil litigation involving first and third-party motor vehicle claims and construction-related accidents. Brett is recognized for his excellent research and writing skills and his ability to employ precise analysis and insight to tackle novel issues of law. Mr. Kier has several years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania courts. His knowledge and understanding of both sides of a case give him a unique advantage evaluating claims and reaching the best possible outcomes for his clients. Prior to studying law, Brett spent three years at a geotechnical engineering firm, where he provided corporate clients with recommendations for large and small construction projects. He also spent the first two years of his undergraduate studies in a challenging architecture program, which helped him to develop a variety of abstract ways to confront problem solving. Mr. Kier draws on that experience to provide a broad and dynamic perspective to the legal profession.
