About Cole
Cole A. Mahan began as a law clerk in 2024 before joining the firm as an Associate in 2025, concentrating his practice on civil litigation, personal injury, and business law. He graduated cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in May 2025. During law school, he served as the Vice President of the American Constitution Society and competed in Moot Court. Before law school, he graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in philosophy. Mr. Mahan is admitted to practice law in Indiana and the Federal District Court of both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
