Daniel Hernandez is an Associate Attorney in the Florida Personal Injury Division at RTRLAW. A proud first-generation Cuban American, he is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for both the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and advocates for personal injury victims throughout Florida. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University in 2008. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in 2012, where he participated in the Pro Bono Honors Program. With over 12 years of legal experience, he has a well-rounded background in criminal defense, foreclosure defense, immigration, bankruptcy, and first-party property insurance litigation.
