Deric Denning was born and raised in Mount Vernon, South Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree from Mount Marty University in Yankton, South Dakota and his law degree from the University of South Dakota (2021). Deric is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association. His practice focuses on civil litigation, criminal defense, divorce and family law, as well as real estate and business law.
