About Richard
RICHARD J. RYLANCE, II (RJ) is a South Dakota native and grew up in several communities across the state. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Augustana College and his law degree from the University of South Dakota. RJ is a member of the South Dakota State Bar and has been admitted to practice in the US District Court for the District of South Dakota. He is also a member of the Applied Leadership Network through the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Juvenile Justice Strategy Group and the American Health Lawyers Association. RJ’s practice focuses on the areas of Criminal Defense, Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Adoptions and Guardianships, Juvenile Law, and Personal Injury.
