About Tim
Tim was raised on a farm near Tulare, South Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University and his law degree from The University of Nebraska (2004). He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Dakota Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the District of South Dakota. Tim has been the managing partner of Morgan Theeler since 2013. Tim’s practice focuses on the areas of healthcare, litigation, business law and entity formation, divorce law, alternative dispute resolution and municipal law.
