Jack Theeler

JACK THEELER is a South Dakota native who earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of South Dakota (1971) where he graduated magna cum laude and served as Editor-in-Chief of the South Dakota Law Review. He served as Chairman of the South Dakota Lottery Commission from 1986 to 1992. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of South Dakota, Jack is admitted to the US District Court for the District of South Dakota.
